Blaire 2 Door Sideboard is ideal for a Kitchen and Diner space where a free-standing and retro decor are desired. Local Bayur solids and modern materials are used to create clean lines and a simple shape accentuated with recessed panels and detail grooves. A fixed shelf is beautifully framed in the statement centre space whist a further two are concealed by doors mounted on retro butt hinges with antique handles. The subtly figured timber is hand-painted externally with Charcoal and then edges and selected surfaces are hand-distressed to reveal a burnt umber undercoat. A beautifully contrasting Soft Natural is then used for the interiors. Finally a clear matt lacquer is used to finish the surfaces providing long-lasting protection.
